LAB

  • Our AI Transformation Lab is a two-part experience:

    1. AI Upskilling Session – We start with a jargon-free, practical training session tailored to your sector. Your team will learn how AI tools work, what they can (and can’t) do, and how other businesses already use them to save time, improve service, and reduce manual work.

    2. Guided Brainstorming Workshop – Next, we run a structured workshop with your team that turns ideas into action. With our help, your team will identify day-to-day tasks, pain points, and repetitive processes that could be streamlined using AI. This session boosts team engagement, laying the groundwork for practical innovation.

  • After the workshop, our technical team reviews all inputs and develops a clear, actionable report outlining:

    1. Up to five high-potential use cases for AI and automation in your business.

    2. Suggested tools and approaches for each case - automating admin, improving internal reporting, or building smarter workflows.

    3. Implementation insights to help you prioritise what to do next.

  • The full programme, including the training session, guided workshop, and a tailored post-session report, is available for €4,500 (excluding VAT). This all-inclusive price covers all preparation, delivery, and follow-up. No hidden fees, just clear outcomes.

  • The AI Transformation Lab is designed as a focused, high-impact half-day session, lasting approximately four hours.

    1. Our bootcamps are for participants who want to start using these tools straight away.

    2. Participant work with their own documents and resources and can begin their own AI projects with guidance in the room.

    3. Bootcamp participants get access to personal support from Jonathan after the event for up to one month.

    What custom GPTs and chatbots can do for your business
    Planning your assistant: use cases, tone, rules, and structure

    1. Bootcamps are 4.5 hours long and start at 8.30 am for coffee and introductions.

    2. The course proper starts at 9:00 am.

    3. Finish time is 1pm but course materials and support continue for 1 month.
